Sustainable Development Report
We are pleased to announce that we have published the 2020 Sustainable Development Report! It summarizes a whole year of our work, describes the key challenges we faced, and lists the most important achievements we made during this period.
Why do we issue a Sustainable Development Report?
We want our business to be not only profitable but also responsible. Our sustainable development strategy is based on three pillars: value-driven management, environmental stewardship, and social engagement. We publish this report every year to show how these three areas intertwine and accompany everything we do. It is one of the few documents of its kind in our sector and region, which undergoes strict assessment by independent auditing bodies, confirming the quality of the information contained within.
What’s in the Sustainable Development Report?
This issue is special for us because the year 2020 was full of unprecedented challenges that we had to face as a company. Disruptions in supply, the need for many employees to switch to remote work, limited access to raw materials, all in a reality dominated by a pandemic. You can read about how we dealt with all of this in the Report. But that’s not all! You will also find additional information on the various aspects of Rawlplug’s Sustainable Development Program:
- Value-driven management – this part is about our employees. It tells about how we consistently create top-quality products that set new directions in many categories. It explains how, by developing a knowledge base and modern services, we establish and strengthen partnerships with our clients and collaborators.
- Environmental stewardship – this section describes how our company continuously transforms to increase production capacities and expand its offerings while reducing the consumption of natural resources, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste generation.
- Social engagement – this section is dedicated to all the social initiatives we implemented in 2020. “Think globally, act locally” is not an empty slogan for us, but a way of operating for decades.
All of this is just a preview of what we have described in the Sustainable Development Report. It shows how we have managed to work effectively and safely together in such an unpredictable year as 2020.
What does the Sustainable Development Policy provide us?
Rawlplug’s goal is to achieve zero carbon dioxide emissions by 2030, and the report describes how we are dynamically developing and striving to achieve this goal!

Jesteśmy przekonani, że prosperowanie naszej firmy jest naturalnie związane z siłą lokalnych społeczności oraz satysfakcją ludzi, którzy z nami pracują. Działamy lepiej i skuteczniej gdy nasi pracownicy, klienci i partnerzy biznesowi mogą połączyć swoje zawodowe zainteresowania z osobistymi pasjami. To według nas definicja CSR. Zachęcamy do zapoznania się z działaniami jakie podejmujemy, by nasza wizja stała się rzeczywistością.
W naszej wizji zrównoważonego rozwoju kluczową rolę odgrywa kwestia ochrony i dbania o środowisko naturalne. Zrównoważony Rawlplug to rzeczywiste zmniejszenie emisji dwutlenku węgla i wdrożenie praktyk przyjaznych środowisku zarówno na naszych halach produkcyjnych jak i w biurach.
Produkujemy i sprzedajemy tysiące produktów na całym świecie. Rozbudowana sieć dostawców i partnerów logistycznych, oraz sprawnie zaprojektowany i obsługiwany łańcuch dostaw, to gwarancja naszych wyników sprzedaży. W dobie wysokiej konkurencyjności rynkowej, nie można poprzestać jedynie na poprawianiu wyników i zwiększaniu wydajności, dlatego Rawlplug tworzy dziś pionierską wizję zrównoważonego łańcucha dostaw.
