Management Board

Radosław Koelner is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław, with a degree in Political Science – German Studies.

From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with Rawlplug S.A. (formerly Koelner S.A.). Thanks to a combination of ambition and full commitment to the company’s life and development, he has managed to transform the family business into a global enterprise, achieving success in the international market.

For many years, Radosław Koelner has been actively involved in all areas of the company, carefully observing and analyzing the processes taking place within them. This approach has allowed him to quickly and efficiently advance through the ranks of his career. His lively involvement has naturally led him to the position of a professional leader.

Since 1999, he has served as the President of the Management Board of Rawlplug S.A.

The acquired knowledge, international experience, and a network of contacts resulting from numerous business trips are used by him in his daily work. Radosław Koelner is open to sharing his knowledge and industry insights during presentations and lectures organized both domestically and abroad.

Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility topics have become his recent area of interest. They hold a special position during public appearances, as well as conversations with employees or clients. Moreover, the President of Rawlplug S.A. considers the concept of Sustainable Development as one of the strategic goals of his organization.

He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics. In 2000, he completed a study program for financial directors organized by the International Foundation for the Development of the Capital Market and Ownership Transformations in the Republic of Poland – Privatization Center.

He has been associated with Rawlplug since 1998. From May 2007 to December 2008, he held the position of President of the Management Board in Śrubex SA. Since 2001, he has been the director of finance (currently a Member of the Management Board for Finance) at Rawlplug S.A.

From the beginning of his professional career, Piotr Kopydłowski was associated with the financial sector, taking on successive positions in subsidiary companies and getting to know all areas of the Group’s operations. He was directly involved in the work of the subsidiaries and participated in the introduction of Koelner S.A. to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as actively participated in the transformations of Śrubex S.A. In the constantly changing situation in financial markets, Piotr Kopydłowski’s professional activity and commitment are focused on improving and developing Rawlplug S.A. and the entire Rawlplug Capital Group.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk in the fields of Maritime Transport Economics, Organization and Technique of Foreign Trade, and Marketing.

He has been collaborating with the company since 2012, initially associated with the Łańcut branch as the Managing Director and President of the Board of Koelner Łańcut Screw Factory. Since October 2012, he has also served as a Board Member and Operational Director of Koelner Rawlplug IP Sp. z o.o. However, he started his professional career in 1994, focusing on comprehensive management, with a particular emphasis on logistics and finance, supporting or directly managing companies operating in Poland and other European countries. His top management positions include companies such as Gunnebo Industries Sp. z o.o. and Philips Lighting Poland S.A., and his professional beginnings also involve working for the Port of Gdynia S.A.

Highly goal-oriented, focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. He measures success with growing financial indicators, but he is always close to people and their problems to support their development and daily work comfort by seeking the right solutions for them.

In his private life, he is interested in history. In his spare time, he reads books and other publications, building his knowledge about the changes taking place in the world.
