At the same time, the Company informs that the Supervisory Board currently consists of 5 members and the obligation of minimum composition of the Supervisory Board in a public company specified in Art. 385 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code is still met. The Supervisory Board may continue to freely undertake all activities provided for by law.
