The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting held on 19.05.2025, appointed the current Members to the Management Board for a new joint term of office:
Radosław Koelner – President of the Management Board,
Marek Mokot – Vice President of the Management Board,
Piotr Kopydłowski – Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer,
Przemysław Tkaczyk – Member of the Management Board for Sales.

Mr. Radosław Koelner
Education:
Mr. Radosław Koelner is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław in the field of Political Science – German Studies.
Qualifications and positions held:
From 1993 to 1999 he was the General Director of Tworzywa Sztuczne Krystyna Koelner, since 1999 he has been the President of the Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. (formerly Koelner S.A.), since 2011 he has been the President of the Management Board of Koelner Rawlplug IP sp. z o.o. Additionally, Mr. Radosław Koelner holds a number of positions in subsidiaries belonging to the Rawlplug S.A. Group.
The above-mentioned professional activity is not competitive to the activity of Rawlplug S.A. Mr. Radosław Koelner is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, nor is he a member of its governing body in any other competitive legal entity.

Mr. Piotr Kopydłowski is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław. In 2000, he completed the Study for Financial Directors organized by the International Foundation for Capital Market Development and Ownership Transformations in Poland – Privatization Center. In the years 1998 – 1999 he completed postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław in the field of financial management and financial investments.
Qualifications and positions held:
Mr. Piotr Kopydłowski has been with the Rawlplug Group since 1998. From 2001 he was the Chief Financial Officer, from 2004. He has been a Proxy and since 1.01.2009 he has been a Member of the Management Board for Finance at Rawlplug S.A. (formerly Koelner S.A.). From 2005 to 2008, he was the President of the Management Board of Amicus sp. z o.o. From 05.2007 to 01.2009, he was the President of the Management Board of Śrubex S.A. From 07.2011 to 12.2018, he was a Member of the Management Board – Financial Director at Koelner Rawlplug IP Sp. z o.o., where he currently serves as a Proxy. In addition, Mr. Piotr Kopydłowski holds a number of positions in subsidiaries belonging to the Rawlplug S.A. Capital Group.
