2/2025 Management Board’s recommendation on allocation of profit for 2024 and the payment of dividend

Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. based in Wrocław (“Company”) informs that on May 16, 2025, it adopted a resolution to submit to the Ordinary General Meeting an application for the distribution of the Company’s net profit for 2024 in the amount of PLN 57,276,242.75 and the payment of dividend.

In accordance with the adopted resolution, the Management Board recommends the payment of a dividend to the Company’s shareholders in the amount of PLN 12,423,760.40, i.e. PLN 0.40 per share.

The dividend will cover 31,059,401 shares.

The remaining part of the net profit for 2024 will be allocated to increasing the Company’s supplementary capital in the amount of PLN 44,852,482.35.

Moreover, the Company’s Management Board recommends setting the dividend date on August 14, 2025 and dividend payment on August 29, 2025.

The recommendation of the Company’s Management Board will be considered by the Company’s Supervisory Board. The final decision on the distribution of profit for 2024 and the payment of dividend will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
