9/2025 Registration of amendments to the Company’s Statute of Rawlplug S.A. by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register

The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today, i.e. on 8 July 2025, it was notified that amendments to the Company’s Statute were registered by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register on July 7^th 2025. The amendments were introduced pursuant to Resolution No. 22 of the Annual General Meeting of Rawlplug S.A. of June 18th 2025 on amendments to the Company’s Statute. By Resolution No. 23, the above-mentioned Meeting also adopted the consolidated text of the Company’s Statute.

The registered amendments to the Statute and the adopted consolidated text are attached to this current report.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
