“The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. (the “”Company””) announces that in the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 published by the Company on 17 November 2023, there was a mistake in the data presented in the subsection entitled “”Discussion of the financial position. Consolidated statement of financial result”” in the section: “”Sales revenues””. In the above-mentioned section of the report, in the table showing the Company’s sales by sales direction, the values of domestic sales and exports in the period January – September 2023 were incorrectly indicated.
Valid values are:
for domestic sales: PLN 264,164 thousand, while for exports: PLN 652,301 thousand.
The Management Board informs that the other data included in the quarterly report have not changed.
At the same time, the Company informs that today, i.e. on January 9, 2024, it will publish the corrected consolidated report for the third quarter of 2023.
A detailed description of the adjustments made to the consolidated quarterly report of the Rawlplug Group covering the period from 1 January to 30 September 2023 is presented in the attachment to this report.
Legal basis for submitting the report:
§ 15 sec. 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.”
