Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. based in Wrocław (“Company”) informs that on May 22, 2026, it adopted a resolution to submit to the Ordinary General Meeting an application for the distribution of the Company’s net profit for 2025 in the amount of PLN 27,943,011.97.
In accordance with the adopted resolution, the Management Board recommends that the Company’s net profit for the financial year 2025, covering the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, will be allocated to increasing the Company’s supplementary capital.
The recommendation of the Company’s Management Board will be considered by the Company’s Supervisory Board. The final decision on the distribution of profit for 2025 will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
