The Management Board of RAWLPLUG S.A. (the “Company”), pursuant to § 84(1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2025, items 755) (the “Regulation”), hereby announces to the public the schedule for the publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2026.
Extended Consolidated Quarterly Reports (SA-QSr) for:
I quarter of 2026 – May 29, 2026
III quarter of 2026 – November 27, 2026
Extended Consolidated Semi-annual Report (SA-PSr) for the first half of 2026 – August 28, 2026
Annual reports:
Separate Annual report for 2025 (SA-R) – April 24, 2026
Consolidated Annual Report for 2025 (SA-RS) – April 24, 2026
Simultaneously, in accordance with § 83(2) of the Regulation, the Company announces its decision to forgo the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2025 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2026.
The Management Board of the Company also informs that, in accordance with § 63(1) and (3) of the Regulation, the extended consolidated quarterly reports and the extended consolidated semi-annual report will include, respectively, the quarterly standalone financial information and the standalone condensed semi-annual financial statements of the Company. The Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports or a separate standalone semi-annual report.
