1/2024 Dates of publication of Rawlplug S.A.’s periodic reports in 2024

“Pursuant to § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 512 and 685) (the “”Regulation””), the Management Board of RAWLPLUG S.A. (the “”Company””) hereby announces the dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2024.

Extended consolidated quarterly reports (SA-QSr) for:

I quarter of 2024 – May 24, 2024

III quarter of 2024 – November 22, 2024

Extended consolidated semi-annual report (SA-PSr) for the first half of 2024 – August 23, 2024

Annual reports:

Separate annual report for 2023 (SA-R) – 29 March 2024

Consolidated annual report for 2023 (SA-RS) – March 29, 2024

At the same time, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company informs that it will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024.

The Management Board of the Company also informs that in accordance with § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the extended consolidated quarterly reports and the extended consolidated semi-annual report will include, respectively: quarterly separate financial information and separate condensed semi-annual financial statements of the Company. The Company will not publish separate separate quarterly reports and a separate separate semi-annual report.”
