Rawlplug

Rawlplug S.A. is the dominant company in the Rawlplug Capital Group.

The origins of the company, which in 1999 under the name Koelner S.A. took over the entire domestic sales and production of the Tworzywa Sztuczne – Krystyna Koelner plant, date back to 1982.

The dynamic development of the Polish enterprise led to the company’s debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2004.

A year later, Koelner S.A. acquired the British manufacturing company Rawlplug Ltd.

The acquisition of the leader in the British fastening market was the genesis of the company’s name change to Rawlplug S.A. in 2013.

The character of the Rawlplug® brand, with nearly a century-long tradition and unquestionable reputation in the fastening industry, is expressed by the slogan Trust & Innovation, which reflects the strategy of the newly formed Rawlplug Capital Group.
